Things that give me an advantage in the gym: 1. Whole food plant based diet 2. "Wim Hof method" (breathing exercises + cold showers) 3. Intermittent fasting 4. At least an hour in the sauna once a week 5. Meditation. 6. Offerings to the god of War and Vengeance.
