a lot of exercise yeah but the two heavy meals sound like the opposite of what you should do to me, if you want to gain that much fat imo you should graze on low glycemic index carbs almost continuously

Also, from what I understand it's actually really difficult to gain fat from carbs. The idea that carbs = weight gain is largely a myth.

Well excess carbs tend to be stored as glycogens before being stored as fat, whereas excess fat will immediately be stored as fat.

The real key is excess calories, I think. Carbs are great for the body to get energy more quickly, fats are great for hormone production.
