Nihilism is a stepping stone to greater things. It should never be someone's end-all-be-all philosophy.

Nihilism is spot on with the assumption that there is no Divine/"God". I disagree with this but it's ultimately a matter of perspective.
-
I'm a nihilist pantheist though.
-
So you believe there is no purpose to Divinity?
-
If divinity has a purpose then purpose is prior to and higher than divinity.
-
Do you believe in one supreme Creator/God? (not to exclude lower gods)
-
I believe 0=2

Nietzsche himself said that nihilism is a necessary step in the realignment of values.
-
Why should I care what Nietzsche said? And if I hold to the faith that there is something "better" after nihilism am I truly a nihilist?
-
No you wouldn't be. It's part of the process. Just like rejecting religion before TRULY accepting it.
