Why would you want to form an authoritarian society?
Unalienated labour presents intrinsic rewards and at the end of the day, you keep 100% of what you produced.
-
-
So if pick up trash, what do I get in return in this society? And who decides it?
-
The way in which your labour us valued and the time in which your labour takes determines it.
-
But who gives to you? And who stops me from taking more than others?
-
You think wealth just magically comes from bosses? And what stops you from stealing already? Or are you a thief?
-
Well I don't steal because it's wrong. But, the protection of private property helps stop those who dont care
-
So, why wouldn't a commune protect itself from miscreants?
-
So you're saying a commune is hierarchal?
-
Protecting oneself and ones fellows hardly qualifies as hierarchical.

Under capitalism, the boss takes 100% of what you produced and then gives you back a cut in the form of a wage.
-
No. you clearly don't understand what capitalism means. Or socialism for that matter. But I didn't expect you to
-
Capitalism, like you said, is private ownership of the MoP. Socialism is worker ownership and management of MoP.
-
You keep sidestepping the damn question. Without government or hierarchy in socialism, who guarantees my benefits?
-
And who tells me I can't take more than other employees?
