So, the problem is more so with incorrect practice of NVC which allows it to be used as an abusive tool.

Sure, you can define a good version of nvc, but in practice "nvc" is often used by abusers in activist communities. :(

But we don't have to be those people and we can call them out on it, especially if we know NVC by heart.
