Hello food twitter, a question: what is the best way of storing a lot of rice, like 5kg or more? Seal the bag? Split it up? Do something else?

Seal the bag and put the sealed bag in a food grade bucket.

I keep them in the bags that they come in. After opening the bag, I seal it with a tie or elastic band or what have you. You can get food grade bags for them, but if it already comes in a bag it's probably unnecessary.
