I really don’t see the appeal of Weight Watchers or anything similar. Nobody has to spend a shit ton of money to make healthy lifestyle choices. Rather than spend money on weight watchers, why not just watch your portion sizes and go on a run a few times a week?

The trick is to cut out animal products and refined foods and to do cardio exercise every morning. Portioning and counting calories isn't necessary on a balanced diet high in nutrients, fibre and antioxidants and devoid of refined sugars, oils, salt, and animal products.
