Read this last night, some of the stats are truly terrifying. Is there any sort of dietary recs forming around this bc not that cutting out wheat is that much of an issue personally but rice is the real kicker here for me

Whereas whole grains are anti-inflammatory. Just like fruits don't spike insulin like refined sugar does, and can actually be protective. It's the fiber, something animal products don't have. Meat, egg, and dairy consumption spike insulin, among other terrible shit.
