yeah i might do 15 different strength exercises focusing on every possible area of my body but i'd never actually lift weights. it's like growing a neckbeard or wearing a fedora at this point

yeah. the really main reason i'm not doing weights is because i don't want to get too bulky

It takes years to get bulky and even then, if you train for strength/power and not for hypertrophy, you won't really get bulky. Powerlifters generally have smaller muscles than bodybuilders, but they're much stronger.
