Michael Lissack is STILL harassing my friends collaborators & teammates. This man is incredibly scary. I am SO angry that @JeffDean @MCroak & co get to “move on” & talk about “diplomacy” when my teammates & collaborators are being stalked & harassed because of actions THEY took.

He emailed the entire linguistics department trying to get Emily fired AFAIK.

If its any consolation, we actually get these sorts of emails every once in a while and its not how things work.

Definitely not any consolation, given the context.

The email included accusations of research misconduct. It was sent to official channels at UW. The response acknowledging receipt was forwarded to all of the linguistics faculty.

And believe me this isn't a one-off this has been going on for days. The idea that you can just ignore people like this is exactly what lets them continue to prey on other people.
