I’m doing all I can to change the narrative around all this and make the world a better place..
Not sure what to tell you - I guess the best thing is to do your homework beforehand [which you already did probably] - word gets around about bad PIs among trainees. Then when you do interview, follow your gut - if something doesn't feel right then I would avoid going there.
If you’re not too busy and I recognise it’s a lot of ask.
