You’re right in that it’s definitely just a subsidy for publishing organisations. The arbitration was never meant to be fair. I don’t know if that’s a bad thing. In my mind it creates new industries, as it turns FB into more of a platform that can be further monetised
But your right. I dislike the secretive under-the-table deals. That’s a terrible model for any real regulations.
