I only started uni in 2012. But because I was working class and dark skinned, I was subjected to so much shit I had multiple breakdowns. 
Literally only graduating in 2019.

So explaining my grades and what I went through gets me an automatic rejection. 
He’s a solid guy. Whenever he runs into me he’s so empathetic! Really lovely person. He’s tries his best, but he’s only human. They kept stonewalling him and threatening to sue him ... it really began getting to him tbh and he sort of felt a bit defeated by the end of it.
