I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, ever. I was so upset. The gaslighting was horrendous. I’m just glad that people have seen it for what it is - ableism, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
It’s horrible. To block me and character as assassinate me, I had all my medical and therapists notes distributed around the university. I eventually finished my undergrad, but I was literally 19 when it all started!
Sorry, got a bit ranty. I’m still upset and angry about it years later.
Did you file a FERPA violation? My advisor sent portions of my academic record to journalists and others without my permission which the US Department of Education found violated FERPA.
I’m in the U.K. and unfortunately complaints against universities are almost unwindable. Also my specific university has too much political sway.
