Any other PIs taking a leave of absence for childcare? I see tenured PIs doing this but what are we junior PIs supposed to do?
I'm really sorry, that's a tricky situation. I feel like they're being kind of unfair. It's so difficult getting children to sit still. Also I can't believe it's even possible to fail kindergarten, that's not a thing in the UK.
