I never cease to be surprised at how uncomfortable some ppl are about this topic: it shows when they discriminate against others. May as well have tattooed it on their foreheads...

I actually tried advocating for the trans community with my recent posts. I was surprised at how quickly questionable people came out of the woodworks.

I’m also in the weird position of trying to apply for programs and have noticed some senior academics who are “gender-critical”. Which is very concerning, though I don’t feel in a position to call them out due to the power imbalance.
