Academic PSA: pre-releasing interview questions to candidates is super-awesome, making for a better experience for the candidates and the interviewers. 
It’s a really good idea. It means the candidate isn’t taken by surprise. During GCSEs, a week before the exams, they would give us a line hinting at the topic. It really meant everyone could really hone their revision and prepare strong unique essays.

It was specific to one of the English exam boards; giving you roughly the idea where to focus your revision. I think it was a single cryptic line and you’d have to infer information from it. As a system it works incredibly well, as many exams feel like just luck on the day.
