Exactly - it's just different. A lot of the difficulty we've had this year is chopping and changing with lockdowns meaning we've not been able to plan as far in advance as we'd like
Agreed. I think a lot of the issues people are facing are due to a sudden forced transition, rather than a real platform issue.
