#Covid19 has reinforced to me how much misunderstanding there is about the scientific method, and what science can and can’t do. Now is the perfect time to address this and reconsider how we teach science in schools.
I want to agree with you, but I don’t think this would solve the issue. The issue is there’s a disconnect between scientists, science communicators and the public. Then there’s the separate issue that politicians may scapegoat advisors for their own policy failings.
