I do not thing that, during decision process (or even during application process) Universities take into consideration the health-related hardships that a candidate might have gone through (which might have affected their performance).
This is just unfair #DiversityandInclusion
Yeh they don’t. It really sucks. British universities are pretty horrible when it comes to accessibility. There’s an assumption that health and work are separate. There’s very little for people with chronic conditions. It’s a joke, especially when most conditions are chronic.
