Good that his dept. spoke against his BS...once it became a public embarrassment. But they knew way before. So did so many now distancing themselves. We need ways of holding senior academics/executives accountable before a PR crisis, from Pedro to Jeff etc. This is exhausting.
Exactly, it’s only an issue when it’s a public embarrassment. And we all know if something is bad publicly, then would have been 10x worst internally - where there’s no accountability.
