"Social awkwardness," agressiveness, brutal honestly are tolerated and expected in "geek culture" but it's a double standard when it comes to women. If a Black woman does it? it's immediatedly criticized as "unprofessional", "angry", "threatening"
I think it’s only tolerated if you’re a middle class white man. -being a women gets you labelled difficult. -having dark skin immediately gets you labelled as aggressive. -being working class makes you seem threatening. -being disabled makes people treat you as stupid.
