Same here. I’m convinced the UK institution doesn’t actually care about racism, they just don’t want to be called racist.
Hahaha - Trust, you’re so not alone in that feeling. Me and all my friends have so many horror stories it’s insane. So many kids had to sign NDAs or just dropped out. They care more about their reputation than they care about their students - or even fellow academics.
