I was on adrenaline until now and hadn't really processed everything. What I'm thinking today is that if this is happening to me, with an incredibly supportive team+manager (who is also a director) & a lot of visibility, what are they doing to other Black women?

Yeh. Kind of what I’ve kept trying to allude to. This is a widespread issue, to do with people with and without power. Within academia, within industry, within government.
It’s also worth recognising class, ableism, gender and race are all inextricably linked. If this is how you, a black women with a large following and access to economic resources was treated. Just imagine how we must be treating POC with further intersecting characteristics.
