Out of 15 only 5 survived the semester… not proud of it… 
I had a similar experience at university What do you do these days to manage? What do you find helps you? I started going on nature walks. Alongside meditation, exercise and etc. It has helped me a lot.

Oh, LOL, got physically assaulted as well. Didn't call the police (even though the school did recommend it), but the perpetrator got fired nevertheless (even though it was against my will). The student who witnessed the thing was frightened, and wouldn't have felt safe otherwise.
