They got job offers and left me or they got to face 2020's repercussions. And, let's clearly say I haven't been able to follow up and spend enough time with each. This year's kind of drained me from my energies and have been living in the present, without an eye to the future.
Out of 15 only 5 survived the semester… not proud of it… It took me years to finally recognise the importance of ones health. Sometimes we have to just prioritise our own health and sanity.
I think the fact you care and empathise is valuable! They sound like they’re very fortunate students overall.

I had a similar experience at university What do you do these days to manage? What do you find helps you? I started going on nature walks. Alongside meditation, exercise and etc. It has helped me a lot.
