There's a lot of buzz (rightly) about recycling lithium-ion cells, but are any companies aiming to "recondition" them? (e.g. by injecting new electrolyte) or is that just a nonstarter? (I can think of reasons why it's a bad idea, but would be curious to know if anyone trying it)
