What’s the reason for self evaluated percentile? If one ranks themselves too highly or too lowly can’t that be equally perceived negatively?
That's a separate part of Devi's webpage. I was referring to the list of "What I look for in a student" on that page, not the e-mail template. I don't personally look for a self-evaluated percentile, and I wouldn't advise volunteering that unprompted.
