Essentially, yes. The Air has no fan and thus is clocked a little more slowly, and some models have a dead GPU core and so are sold as having a 7-core GPU rather than 8. The air is still a screamer though.
@tim_cook, is Mac Mini, Air and MBP using the same M1 chip? If so, is improved performance in the MBP vs Air due to overclocking and cooling?
