Anyone else dropping frames in hots? Not sure if it's because I have the stream on. Reinstalled still have the issue.

Think you're talking to Horsepants, but for me, yep. Heroes is the only game with this issue. TT Resurfaced with two Windows Updates ago. Only solution I've found is to drop the quality of the stream to 30 FPS 720 and run Fullscreen. But, that requires a stream restart.
Apparently the Windows update re-enabled Game Bar and Game DVR for a lot of people, can you sanity check they are still off?
