Happens on more heroes then just Dva im pretty sure as well, doesn't seem to be hero specific and not sure what causes when it does happen.
I would expect this to be with heroes that attack while moving though unless I'm misunderstanding?
No it happens with others as well I've noticed. Li-Ming being one of them that I can remember for sure.
Can you replicate it? Dvas is pretty obvious
