Which game site are you playing on? They should be the same (Central on US vs Central on PTR for example)

Played on both. TBH today the west connection didn't feel that bad but we got some extra lag on central, but we've run into issues on the PTR much more often in the past than on live while playing on both.

Is that with matchmade games or with custom? Cause if you're joining custom games hosted by folks in other regions then you're playing outside the US. Host defines the game site.
