Hey @azgaz since Ana was brought up, could the team revert the late November nerf to Eye of Horus? In the zeal to take 5% off of every heal or damage source, the weaker and less popular ult was nerfed while Nano was untouched

Analytically, Ana's kit does a poor job of leveraging Eye of Horus, as the advantage of a psuedo-global is that she could be doing her own thing like taking camps while contributing from afar. Unfortunately, Ana's kit is so ally dependent that she can't leverage the range 2/2

Make it stronger to just straight use in teamfights for more output/finishing stragglers. The ability is cool and fulfills the sniper fantasy, but it could be pushed more because Ana has low internal kit synergy with it.
