You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
I think that another ban in the opening phase would do even more to help in all of those areas and more, and in my opinion decreases the likelihood of role chokes by forcing the aggressor to show their hand at the opening of the draft phase.
