You're casting the Q when you're still in the initial location so that's the range at that point in time.

Right, so if this isn't a bug, you don't need to bugfix it. But please, consider changing this design decision, it just feels awful as a player. Apart from that, if possible, give us players the option to not interact with the top portaits. I will elaborate in my second tweet

During Hanzos Storm Bow animation (you're casting it), if you accidentially click on one of the top portaits with right-click (which is very likely in some combat scenarios), your Q gets interrupted. Probably happens with other spells too. Im sure
