I'd also like to argue that at this point Samuros ability to do this is now part of his identity and is currently balanced around it being possible. IMO you should undo this change then lower illusion masters range from global, then make Three Blade Style the Global version.
Spoiler Alert: We felt the same way and reverted the change so it won't be making it live. No further changes were made to Samuro in the process, just this bug fix revert. @matthew_villers
