      Have you updated windows recently? The Windows game bar has been causing problems for Heroes a lot

      Yeah, but I've fixed that last time and had no problems playing or anything with @BlizzHeroes and now it's all bad.. I can play, but it's like i don't own anything, can't see shop nothing :(

      I've seen things on internet that this problem was there in 2017 even :) I never had it before. Problem is.. it's my main game with @Warcraft haha

      Can you send me a screenshot of what it looks like? If you can log in just fine but it looks like you don't own things, it means you're having trouble downloading certain required files so latest update may have changed your firewall settings for example
