So this Monster Hunter World game is pretty decent. Probably too many mechanics and systems thrown on top of each other but having a blast so far.

The glory of the game’s layers is that you learn them as you need them. The difficult curve is such that you can spam attacks early, then you learn how to maximize combos, armor skills, etc over time. So good!
And then investigations, and bounties, and elemental types, and palico, and optional quests, and arena and SOS and and and and....

Yeah, you can just stack bounties and play the story early on. SOS is just how you ask other hunters to help.

Yeah I'm just saying, there is a lot going on here and some of it seems unnecessary but pretty fun. Just realized how to capture things after I looked at the 16 pages of crafting.
