just asked him, nope. he does play on a potato notebook, but hadn't have a problem in over 3 years. He does have a new mouse though.

Logitech gaming software installed, latest driver for the mouse. everything working fine till yesterday :( he's disabled full screen optimization and gaming mode Win10 stuff. his life is in danger once TS vs TF ends.
