      it has happened on every ability that isn't targeted and I do have them on smartcast. ex. ETC E, dehaka W, garrosh ult, mura w

          it was happening on the previous build too, at least 10 seperate occasions for us, some i remember are rewind casting on cd on rehgar one game, spray casting on cd for psalm one game
