      OBS 20.1.3 still has the issues for me streaming Heroes if I don't set processor affinity

      Just to be clear, do you have the game mode DVR stuff disabled in Windows as well? It would have been flipped back on with the update.

      Can you send me your OBS logs? In OBS select Help > Log Files > Upload last Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here. See this picture for steps: http://i.imgur.com/SMPvPb8.png
