Hammers Lvl 13 talent Hyper-Cooling Engines doesnt work as the tooltip states. It also reduces the Thrusters CD when attacking sth else than Heroes which is nice but not sure if intented. @BlizzHeroes

I actually think its really nice to have this "feature" in the game. It allows hammer to quickly rotate after clearing waves and even double rotate in the mid game.
