It's not a matter of number, but a matter of gameplay. Be stuck and can't move is not fun for the hammer player or ennemies. Only noobs played always in siege form. Moving was important, and a part of the hammer gameplay. Now there is only one way to play, be afk :(

As a Hammer main i'm pretty sad of the rework Like Malganyr said now it's pretty much always siege mode (wich is logic with the hero) but i was a huge fan of the korean style of play where you had to move a lot and hit and run.
