I imagine it is unintended that Junkrat still gets movement speed from Volskaya conveyor belts while rocket riding? Cuz he is...... @azgaz
Not sure to be honest but I would expect everything to be sped up in conveyor belts, why not that?

He is physically removed from the battlefield, why should he benefit from anything on the battlefield? That would be like last rites working on Alex during Cleansing Flame (which it doesn't).

The better comparison would be Fallen Sword imo, I wonder if that is affected by the belts though.
