Anyone having issues with encoding @BlizzHeroes after recent windows update this is how I solved mine:
Task manager -> details tab -> right click hots/obs -> set affinity -> set HotS on first half of CPU, OBS on second (for me 0,1,2,3 heroes, 4,5,6,7 OBS)
Can start a thread tomorrow. Would be good to know if it’s just Heroes or other games too.

@DunkTrain, can you do me a favor and revert those changes while also updating OBS to 20.1.3 to see if that fixes things? - Reverted x264 version to the previous stable build due to AVX512 optimizations causing stability issues on some system -

I played SC2 on ultra settings, Battlerite, and Stardew Valley with no issues. Don't know about other games. As soon as I opened Heroes my stream became a slideshow, though

Wow runs flawless on high while streaming - no issues with hearthstone. Haven’t tried pubg on my new machine yet but destiny also worked on my old one
