      You shouldn't be experiencing latency as long as you aren't joining cross-region games. The host defines the game site.

      Scrimming on PTR vs Tournament Realm should be identical in terms of latency.

      It's not, on central servers I am getting ~30 ms on PTR compared to ~15 on live/tournament, and on west servers I also have a 10 ms increase
