      Yep. Last patch, at least 4 me, it seemed I would initiate lunge and do no damage, or just stand there and revert to orc more often than b4

      Standing in wolf and reverting to orc (doing no bonus damage) seemed to occur mostly on merc camps and bosses (pre- or post-capped)
