why does bw z go on a 55s cd when interrupted? @azgaz

For some reason i was thinking that When player interrup was 10s, but enemy make full CD if interrup.

That seems fair enough. I wish that getting interrupt by enemy you get full CD, rewards good players instead of noob protection all around

If you get interrupted, you're most likely dead in under 10s anyway.
