When consistently nerf crucial aspects of heroes to the point you even weaken the only thing they do well, ppl will start to think it's UP
It's better to play with changes and try to adapt before declaring a Hero dead. Buffs don't mean OP and nerfs don't mean UP. It's balance.

yes but in some cases when the change is "nerfed hero's healing by 50%" it's pretty clear

unless the hero was so blatantly overpowered for months and will still be ok, then it's pretty unacceptable that a nerf came this late

I think its hard to differentiate between someone making a prediction and someone trying to state a fact, especially in 140 characters.

I find it fun to look at a patch, work out where I think the changes will lead, sometimes publicise those thoughts, and then compare later
