What about the maps that other people like playing that are now effectively indefinitely removed until Pro players decide they want them?

My thinking would be for 2018 - players would lose some control of that map pool - it could change once per season

No doubt map rotation is needed but is really tough as every map is someone’s favorite. I think that’s a good compromise.

They thing you want "competitive" game model to be like HGC so new players/talents can Rise UP while playing HL like lol/dota does.

map rotation hurts the game. I wish HoTS had a definitive, official map. Certain maps make me want to Alt F4 before the game even starts.

Some maps make me feel like I'm in a pve race against the map rather than actually pvping.
